Accounting and Finance Specialist I (Part-Time)

Job Description:

Position Type:

Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and reports
• Handle basic bookkeeping and record-keeping duties
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Work closely with the finance team to execute budget plans
• Monitor expenses and assist in cost analysis
• Assist in payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational financial regulations

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• A minimum of 1 year experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
