Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Youth Services Worker to focus on night shift operations at our male group home. This role is centered on providing essential care and supervision to children in foster care. If you are a compassionate, committed, and flexible individual, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise residents during night hours to ensure safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to implement and uphold Individualized Service Plans.
• Conduct regular room checks and manage any overnight emergencies or crises.
• Maintain detailed records and reports, following agency protocols.
• Uphold the mission, values, and procedures of Anthony's Villa in all interactions and services.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with children in foster care is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
