We provide a range of outpatient services including counseling, IHBT, TBS, PSR, and CPST, all designed to ensure the lowest level of care necessary for each child.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral health assessments to identify individual needs
• Collaborate with a team to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct care services including counseling and crisis intervention
• Assist in IHBT, TBS, PSR, and CPST programs as required
• Maintain client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations
• Engage with families and community partners to support the well-being of clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Ohio state licensure as a Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record systems
• Must pass a background check and drug test
