Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) with expertise in Foster Care Services. This position is based at our Group Home Facility in Castalia, OH. Responsibilities

• Provide specialized mental health support for children in foster care.
• Conduct assessments and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Service Plans.
• Document progress, maintain records, and report findings to appropriate parties.
• Ensure all interactions align with Anthony's Villa’s mission, values, and procedures.
• Adhere to ethical and professional guidelines set by the state and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma and 3 years of relevant experience OR an Associate’s Degree in a Social Services field or higher.
• Previous experience working with children in foster care is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
