Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Youth Services Worker for our male group home, focusing on day shift operations. This role is dedicated to providing essential care and support to children in foster care. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and behavior of children in the group home setting.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to implement Individualized Service Plans.
• Provide emotional support and crisis intervention, as required.
• Ensure the maintenance of a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
• Document incidents, behaviors, and activities in compliance with agency protocols.
• Uphold Anthony’s Villa’s mission, values, and procedures in all interactions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children in foster care is highly desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
