We provide a range of services for boys aged 8-21, including a group home and outpatient mental health services such as counseling, IHBT, TBS, PSR, and CPST. Job Description:

We are seeking a licensed Counselor or Social Worker to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve providing individual counseling and group therapies to children in our group home. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed professional to make a direct impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for children in our group home
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Document and maintain accurate records in accordance with legal requirements and professional standards
• Coordinate with other team members and external providers to ensure holistic care for each child
• Adhere to all state and local licensure regulations

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in the state of Ohio as LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S, MFT, IMFT, or IMFT-S
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably with children and adolescents
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
