SUMMARY
We are looking for an enthusiastic, coachable, results-driven supplement sales advisor to join our team. Good mindset with passion to change people’s lifestyle and flexibility to work on site in a shop in mall setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be informative and providing constant customer service to educate customers about our approach and protocols to address imbalance that one’s experience daily.
- Build long-term relationship with customers by checking in, following up and receiving feedback from them by calling or emailing.
- Fast learner to familiar with product knowledge, recommendations and our service roadmap.
- Point of sales experience to receive payment and handle cash. Neat working habit to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Team player to execute marketing campions, customer rewards program and holiday events.
- Good communication skill in verbal and coachable attitude with internal and external.
- Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by compliance to HIPAA.
- If you have experience working in GNC or similar supplement store, we will consider you first.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Bilingual in any of Mandarin/Korean/ Vietnamese is a must.
