  • Responsibilities

    Objective: Increase brand awareness and revenues Houston franchise by fine-tuning our marketing initiatives, implementing corporate marketing campaigns and organizing and participating in community events. Work closely with the Home Office to beta test new marketing initiatives. Research new marketing initiatives for the Houston Marketing Coop.

    Marketing Management

    Track metrics for all marketing campaigns, including PPC, reviews platform, Facebook advertising, YELP, and IMakeNews, Instagram

    Update and maintain YEXT

    Weekly Google My Business postings for all locations

    Champion reviews platform to create more customer engagement

    Monthly upload of customer emails

    Develop B12 marketing campaigns

    Create content, implement campaigns and manage social media platforms (including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube) for Houston locations

    Respond to social media messages & comments from customers

    Monthly calls with marketing providers to focus on fine-tuning campaigns

    In Store Marketing

    Confirm that all locations have updated promotional materials

    Manage monthly campaigns based on Corporate Content calendar

    Build a strong relationship with Medical Assistants to get feedback on the best marketing programs

    Community Engagement

    Attend networking events

    Organize and manage community involvement initiatives, including health fairs and giving back opportunities

    Organize and host quarterly office engagements events with B2B clients

    Requirements

    1 - 2 yrs. experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment with overlapping deadlines

    Working knowledge of marketing principles, with an emphasis on digital marketing.

    Proven work experience managing business social media

    Expertise in multiple social media platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook, Twitter, You/tube and Instagram.

    Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

    Excellent communication skills

    Multitasking and analytical skills

    Healthcare or franchise industry experience is a plus

    Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Liberal Arts or the equivalent work experience
