We are currently seeking a part-time front desk coordinator to join our team. The front desk is the guest's first and last impression of the Lab. This position is to provide excellent, interactive customer service to our guests. This person must be friendly, organized, and have a strong positive phone etiquette.

Responsibilities:1. Greet clients at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner. Ensure customer intake forms are filled out legibly. 2. Answer incoming calls and ensure that questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person.3. Organize and schedule appointments for clients.4. Perform administrative and clerical tasks as needed for the management team.5. Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the lab.

Required Skills and Qualifications:1. Able to read and write in English 2. Excellent communication and customer service skills3. Proficiency with computers and basic typing skills4. Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff5. Positive attitude, team-oriented, and strong communication skills are a must6. Part-time day shift. Must be available for varying shifts Monday through Friday between 7:00am until 4:30pm and some Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm7. Reliable for assigned shifts8. Reliable transportation to and from work
