This position will be responsible for providing front office support for Any Lab Test Now. Those tasks include, but are not limited to:• Greeting patients with a courteous and friendly demeanor.• Scheduling and coordinating customer care via telephone and email.• Registration and maintenance of sensitive customer information via the medical record, both in electronic and paper forms.• Collecting payment from customers receiving medical services.• Monitoring and maintaining front office and waiting room.Qualifications:The ideal candidate would have the following credentials/skills:• Keen interest in being part of a growing retail medical team.• A successful track record of progressive experience within the healthcare industry. 1-3 years of experience in a medical office/environment (required).• Medical Assistant certification/diploma• An above average aptitude when it comes to electronic abilities and computer skills. QuickBooks (preferred).• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking and time management skills.• Detail-oriented, self-starter and independent worker who learns quickly.• As the face of the practice, has excellent communication skills with the ability to market as well.Job Types: Full-timePay: $15.00 per hourSchedule:• 8 hour shift• Day shiftWe are a smoke free environmentMust be vaccinated
