Medical Assistant

Job Description:Any Lab Test Now Denver-Central Park is looking for a friendly and self-motivated individual with strong customer service skills for our busy Denver location. Any Lab Test Now Denver-Central Park is a walk-in retail location that provides customers with the opportunity to take control of their health care. We provide thousands of blood tests, paternity testing, and drug screens. We service consumers as well as business customers.

This dynamic position consists of general reception duties (answer phones, schedule appointments, take payments), the collection and processing of samples (blood draw, urine collection, DNA or hair sample) to send to the lab. It also consists of general office duties that include stocking shelves, cleaning, and taking inventory.

This individual must be able manage all of these responsibilities, have Phlebotomy Certificate OR Medical Assistant Certificate/Diploma, be able to work independently, and have good organizational and critical thinking skills. This is a full time position with possible overtime. It may also includes rotating Saturday hours in the future. Compensation is based on experience.

All candidates should possess the following skills:

REQUIRED: * Recent experience drawing blood * Ability to call businesses and explain our services * Ability to sell our products and services * Knowledge of common blood tests * Computer skills- usage of MS Word and Email. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus. * Organizational skills- track inventory, keep records, order supplies * Dependable, reliable, self-initiating, and honest * Certified Medical Assistant

• Excellent Customer Service Skills* Must be able to pass a Background check and Drug Screen DESIRED: * Experience doing drug screens * Sales or customer service experience
