POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Fitness Coach to join our team. As Anytime Fitness Coach you will be responsible for delivering pre-designed workouts to groups of four or more members, while also creating and implementing personalized exercise routines for individual members. The role requires keeping participants motivated and energized during sessions, as well as coaching them to achieve their fitness goals through support, accountability, and behavioral changes, ultimately ensuring the achievement of the clients fitness goals. Safety is a priority, encompassing monitoring heart rates and maintaining proper exercise techniques. Adapting exercises to cater to different skill levels is essential. Conduct fitness consultation to current members to build our program and member retention. Active participation in fitness staff meetings, club culture and community events and providing exceptional member service is a fundamental aspect of the role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver a fantastic workout experience to our clients
Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the goals of each client
Conduct fitness consultations and assessments
Actively market and promote personal training to acquire new members and retain existing members
Assist in development and implementation of club programs and events
Participate in all staff related meetings and other required activities
Conduct oneself as a role model by leading and promoting a healthy lifestyle
Maintain a positive attitude at all times when working with members
Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth
Dress professionally, according to the current dress code standards. Anytime Fitness attire is provided.

REQUIREMENTS
Certified Personal Training certificate with any of the following accrediting bodies: NASM, NSCA, ACSM, WITS, AFFA, ACE, ISSA and/or a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or a related field
