POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Member Services/Coaching Program Sales Specialist at Anytime Fitness, you will have a pivotal role in welcoming guests, meeting them where they are in their fitness journey, and guiding them to get started and embark on their path to improved health and wellness. Your exceptional customer service skills will be crucial in providing outstanding support and ensuring a positive experience for our members, as well as proactively connecting with our members keeping them active and engaged. You will excel in meeting and exceeding coaching program sales and performance goals, while also acquiring, scheduling, and following up with guest club tours. Through community involvement, outstanding customer service, and extensive use of social media, you will create raving fans out of our members, fostering club satisfaction, referrals, and strong engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Coaching Program Sales —We use a proven system that helps our guests overcome their own roadblocks to starting a fitness program. When used correctly, this system doesn't feel like sales at all. You will help our Members with great Customer Service.
Meet and exceed coaching program sales and performance goals.
Acquire, schedule and follow up to prospective members.
Maintain/update member profiles and billing information, complete follow up emails, phone calls, and texts.
Make contact with members whose usage is declining in an effort to keep them active.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fun environment for members and potential members.
Monitor Reports on a regular basis for possible issues.
Increase member retention through client feedback, progress, education, and overall satisfaction along with sales and retention tools provided.
Create raving fans out of our members through community involvement, outstanding customer service that fosters club satisfaction/referrals and extensive use of social media.
REQUIREMENTS
Computer skills
Microsoft Office
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Passion for fitness with a commitment to your own personal fitness goals.
Social Media Experience
Obtain a CPR Certification
