About the Role:
Will drive Training program growth, will be instrumental in improving member retention, motivation, and related operations. This Member Experience Manager assures New Member Engagement.
Responsibilities:
Perform and delegate Fitness Consults for all new members to ensure that all members are receiving engagement.
Perform and delegate all Member Follow ups
Ensure that all trainers are an active part of and striving for goals set by the training program, philosophies, policies and procedures.
Develop and lead the Training and Training Intern teams.
Assist in Marketing and Retail
Requirements:
Current Credential Personal Training Certification or in the process of obtaining one
Loyal, positive, organized, trustworthy and have a willingness to learn.
Willing to work at both the Hebron and DeMotte locations, specifically, sales office, housekeeping, retail, etc.
Attend club related workshops and conferences in a positive and attentive fashion as deemed necessary by leadership.
