We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Demolition Leader to join our team and oversee various small to large commercial projects all over the southeast region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage demolition teams on various commercial projects

Communicate effectively with team members and onsite client personnel

Ensure safety procedures and guidelines are followed at all times

Coordinate and schedule necessary resources for project completion

Monitor project progress and provide updates to management as needed

Resolve any issues that may arise on the job site

Requirements:

At least 2 years of demolition experience

Valid driver's license

Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate team members

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Willingness to travel within the specified work area

Must be able to travel regionally for up to one week at a time
