Anytime Flooring is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist at our Baton Rouge office location. Anytime Flooring is a commercial and residential flooring subcontractor that services Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, and Texas. Our team is comprised of driven professionals who provide superior levels of customer service to both our clients and vendors. The goal at Anytime Flooring is to maintain a superior level of service while also holding the core values of our company.

Our Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing all payables which includes but is not limited to:

Receiving and entering vendor and subcontractor invoices into our accounting software

Reconciling vendor invoices to statements

Assisting with the management of vendor credit accounts

Processing vendor credit applications

Managing Subcontractor Insurance Compliance

Assisting with the management of vendor payments

Processing vendor checks

Assisting with monthly sales tax reporting

Assisting with quarterly inventory counts

Our ideal candidate must possess the following:

At least 1-3 years of accounts payable experience

Proficient in excel

Knowledge of Sales and Use Tax

Team player mentality

Fast learner in a fast paced environment
