    Aosom is a leader in outdoor equipment, home goods, pet supplies and more. We are a successful eCommerce company that has opened new warehouses in New Jersey, Georgia and California in the last year. This adds to our current Main Office and warehouse in Oregon and warehouse in Tennessee. Our business is projected to grow 35% year over year. Currently, our growth is outpacing our projections. The HR Generalist supports and collaborates with the HR Manager in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations/engagement, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, diversity and inclusion and employment law compliance. This position will support the California and Oregon locations. HR office will be located in the Redlands, CA Warehouse. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Supports the Human Resources Manager in collaboration with the US management team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual company goals through strategic vision, inspiration, and proper communication. • Drive the recruiting efforts by creatively sourcing candidates, maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), collaborate with HR Manager to create open positions postings, post positions on the ATS, conduct phone screens, conduct pre-employment screenings, communicate recommendations to the HR Manager • Enter new hire information into the HRIS/payroll system, prepare new hire information, maintain orientation material, recommend improvements, participates in orientation. • Collaborate with the HR Team to document and revise procedures, processes, forms, strategies, tracking, training and other relevant information. • Collaborate on the HR infrastructure to ensure compliance of Federal, State and local regulations. • On-going maintenance of the Employee Files, both electronic and hardcopy in compliance with company, federal and state regulations. • Support compliance projects such as OSHA, FMLA, OFLA, Military Leave, ADA and tracking as needed. • Consistent attendance in compliance of the Attendance Policy and for the expected performance level of the above duties. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Strong customer service focused oral and written communication skills over the phone, internet and in-person
    2. Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and the ability to analyze information quickly
    3. Ability to manage projects efficiently and effectively.
    4. Excellent interpersonal skills to contribute and shape a positive dynamic culture in the department and company.
    5. Ability to relate and communicate well with all levels of employees
    6. Excellent organizational and documentation skills
    7. Strong Excel Skills
    8. Bi-lingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    9. Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and training.
    10. HR Certification of PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
    11. Minimum 5 years’ experience in above Essential Duties is preferred
    12. Experience documenting and revising procedures, processes, forms, strategies, tracking, training and other relevant information
    13. 2-year HRIS experience is preferred
    14. Proficient with computers and internet
    • a. Intermediate or higher experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel
    • b. ATS system experience
    • c. PDF form creation is a plus
