Role: Chief Executive Officer

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Bring new clients, foster existing clients and expand the business
• Build trusting relations with key partners and stakeholders
• Keep abreast of the markets and industry trends
• Maintain contact with important shareholders
• Develop high-quality business strategies and plans
• Enable and engage internal employee engagement
• Train a high performing managerial team
• Continually drive effective results

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Previous working experience as CEO in the IT Staffing industry for 10+ years and overall sales experience of 15+ years that includes working with leading MSP & VMS in the staffing industry.

• Extensive professional experience in leadership roles.

• Education may vary; an advanced degree in business administration, finance or law is preferred, but not required.

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
