    POSITION OBJECTIVE: Hiring Immediately We are looking for a creative and energetic person with ecommerce marketing experience to manage our growing online apparel store of casual wear for our custom, high-performance, boat brand. Your primary responsibilities are fulfilling customer orders, increasing and managing online sales in WooCommerce software, online operations in Wordpress, physical inventory, promoting on social media and through email, maintaining relationships with customers, and all functions of the apparel website to ensure a great customer experience and maximum profitability. **Please provide a cover letter. We will evaluate your writing and communication skills for professionalism, spelling, and sentence structure. **No Body Piercings and No Visible Tattoos QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in ecommerce / online sales Wordpress and WooCommerce Software Experience Advertising on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) Excellent computer skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Positive Attitude Detailed and organized self-starter Creative ideas for online promotions Ability to multi-task and complete projects on time Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge Personal selling and customer relations experience General knowledge of apparel products (i.e., fit and fabric) Experience selling on Amazon, Google or Ebay or other platforms RESPONSIBILITIES: Increasing apparel sales Manages and maintains the apparel website in WooCommerce and Wordpress Manages the ordering of, tracking and management of all vendor, customer, screen printing and embroidery orders. Maintains inventory, and performs services for customers as needed. Responds to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Communicates product knowledge to the customer; recommends merchandise or obtains merchandise based on customer needs and desires. Maintains a visually appealing storeroom, ensuring proper housekeeping, visual merchandising, and organization are kept to the highest standard. Prepares and oversees physical inventories, ensuring proper accounting of inventory and outflows of merchandise. Manages the general operations of the apparel online store ensuring that it is in working order and updated constantly. Increasing monthly sales Other duties as assigned/required Customer Relationships & Partnerships Identify and meet the needs of customers Make decisions and suggestions that have a positive impact on sales Analyzing Issues & Solving Problems Is open to change, applies new ideas and concepts Resolve issues quickly Physical Requirements: Ability to lift (at least 20 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb, crawl, reach and bend.
