$70 for 1-bedroom units

$80 for 2-bedroom units

Units are small and efficient (typically 2–4 hours)

🧹 What You’ll Be Doing

Full turnover cleaning between tenants

Kitchen, bathroom, floors, dusting, trash removal

Getting units ready for the next move-in
