We’re hiring reliable independent cleaners for apartment unit turnovers. If you already clean, have your own supplies, and want consistent work without the headache of chasing clients—this is for you.

💵 Pay

$30 per bedroom (each bedroom includes a bathroom)

$40 per living room/kitchen

Units are small and efficient

Opportunity for multiple units per day

🧹 What You’ll Be Doing

Full turnover cleaning between tenants

Kitchen, bathroom, floors, dusting, trash removal

Getting units ready for the next move-in

✅ Requirements

Must be an independent contractor (1099)

Must have a working cellphone with internet connection

Must be detail-oriented and dependable

Must be able to follow a checklist and take photos after cleaning
