    Job Summary:
    As an Apartment Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and leasing apartments in our residential communities. You will play a crucial role in showcasing our properties, engaging with potential residents, and ensuring their leasing experience is seamless. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and have a passion for customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Leasing Activities:
    - Conduct property tours for prospective residents, showcasing the features and benefits of the apartments and community amenities.
    - Assist potential tenants in the application process, providing necessary documentation and information.
    - Follow up with interested applicants to answer questions and facilitate the leasing process.

    - Customer Service:
    - Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and prospective tenants, fostering positive relationships.
    - Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, working to resolve any issues effectively.

    - Marketing:
    - Assist in implementing marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, including online listings, social media engagement, and community events.
    - Collaborate with management to maintain accurate marketing materials and online presence.

    - Administrative Duties:
    - Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant applications, and other essential documentation using property management software.
    - Process rental applications, credit checks, and background screenings.

    - Community Engagement:
    - Participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance resident engagement and build a sense of community.
    - Assist in organizing resident events and activities to foster a positive living environment.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, real estate, or related field is a plus.
    - Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
    - Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    - Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations is a plus.
    - Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
