- Provide detailed reports on leasing activity and occupancy trends to management.
- Assist in organizing community events and resident appreciation activities to foster a positive living environment.
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and best practices in leasing and property management.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property leasing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
