    Position Summary

    We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Apartment Service Sales Coordinator to join our growing service division. This is a field-based business development and relationship management role, focused on building partnerships with apartment and multifamily property teams (such as maintenance and community managers) to generate and coordinate service and repair opportunities.

    You’ll be the bridge between our roofing experts and the property teams who rely on timely, professional service for their communities.

    What You’ll Do

    Visit 8–10 apartment communities per day to introduce Colony Roofers’ services, build rapport, and uncover repair or maintenance needs.

    Act as the primary contact for multifamily property-level personnel, managing relationships and service requests.

    Coordinate leak repairs, inspections, and small roofing jobs, ensuring excellent customer communication and follow-through.

    Track all activity and opportunities using our CRM system.

    Collaborate with the sales and production teams to schedule and manage service projects.

    Identify and pass along reroof or large project leads to senior sales representatives.

    Represent Colony Roofers at industry events and apartment association functions.

    Who You Are

    Outgoing, personable, and comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships in the field.

    Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage follow-ups, scheduling, and CRM updates with consistency.

    Resilient — you don’t shy away from a challenge or from hearing “no.”

    Self-motivated and disciplined, able to manage your time independently.

    Experienced in multifamily services, property management, or field sales (roofing experience is a plus but not required).

    Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication.

    A team player who values collaboration and a professional reputation.
