    Our company, with corporate office in Rockville, is a dynamic 24/7 emergency restoration company with a passion to develop client relationships in Washington metropolitan area.

    Apartment Restorers, LLC., established in 2010, is a turn key disaster restoration company focusing on multifamily communities. When apartments are affected by fire, mold or water, we mobilize our crews to mitigate the loss so the apartment can be livable again as soon as possible. Our mission is to provide great service for our clients.

    We’re looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to manage client accounts and production of technicians and overall efficiency of business in assigned territory (DMV area). This position will provide leadership to the staff, job/project management and cost management. Area Manager will manage day-to-day operations in multi- family housing industry (commercial restoration) including but not limited to building and maintaining employee and client relationships.

    This is a fill-time position with on-call responsibilities for 1 week/month , on rotation basis.

    OBJECTIVES (WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE)

    Account Management

    o Achieve territory’s revenue goals

    o Execute onboarding of new clients by following established procedures

    o Preparing proposals and estimates to meet deliverable requirements

    Production Staff Management

    o Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

    o Conduct performance evaluations, skills training and develop a plan for growth and improvement of employee skills

    o Establish and maintain effective working relationships with 10+ employees

    Client Satisfaction

    o Perform quality control and inspections at 50% of your jobs

    o Nurture and build existing client relationship by conducting “Stay well”(maintenance) and “Get well”(problem solving) visits , combination of in-person and virtual

    Job/Project Management

    o Manage jobs from start to finish including staffing/scheduling

    o Supervise large loss projects and subcontractors

    Safety & Risk Management

    o Promote safety-first culture by training employees how to safety operate tools and equipment, PPE

    ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    o Sufficient mobility and strength to move around facilities

    o Lift up to 50 lbs. of equipment

    o Sit, stand, and walk up to 9 hours a day

    o Operating a company vehicle required throughout the day

    o Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, holidays with limited notice

    o Participate in On-call weekly rotation schedule

     

    SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

    • Excellent command of the English language
    • Spanish language is a PLUS
    • 2+ year of employment experience in multi-family housing (property management companies) or restoration industry
    • Excellent knowledge of software (CRM Tools, Google Docs, Office 365 etc.)
    • Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Energetic, highly motivated and target driven
