    A VERY BUSY AND GROWING LANDSCAPE COMPANY ESTABLISHED IN 2007 IS SEEKING AN OFFICE ASSISTANT FOR THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE LOCATED IN NEWPORT BEACH.

    The Office Assistant provides routine administrative work and will directly support the Office Manager. This position performs tasks such as but not limited to maintaining and organizing files, answering phone calls and e-mails, providing customer service, data processing, and record-keeping, work with computers, printers, fax, and photocopy machines.

    MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of general office experience.
    • Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; database experience.
    • Internet skills
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Attention to detail
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred but not required.
