Job Description
Aperto Property Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced and qualified Compliance Specialist in the Fresno and Bay Area. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience with HUD/LIHTC.
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining file compliance for the assigned properties.
The requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience with LIHTC & HUD programs.
We require experience with Yardi and One-site software and certification in the affordable programs pertaining to the property at hand. We also require the ability to read and interpret complex documents, such as regulatory agreements and compliance regulations, tenant files, etc.
