Job Description
We are seeking 15 CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing help and service information and resolving customer information issues. Must be able to start on or before APRIL 20TH for training. RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields
Shift work may be required, 5 day per week operation
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong problem solving, and decision making skills
• Exceptional listening skills
• Ability to multi‐task, analyze information, and forward to the appropriate personnel
• Ability to resolve conflict quickly
• Excellent interpersonal skills
