    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY

    Our entry level customer service representatives communicate with licensed healthcare professionals and their office staff regarding orders, inquiries, concerns, and questions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES Including but not limited to:

    • Placing customer orders and processing each one in a timely manner
    • Preparing proper documentation and implementing all orders received by phone, fax or other sources
    • Handling customer order related questions, inquiries, and complaints
    • Checking available inventory
    • Providing delivery information on open orders
    • Mailing out catalogs, invoices and other miscellaneous items requested by customers
    • Retrieving voice messages each morning and process accordingly
    • Maintaining current knowledge of products offered
    • Performing all other related duties as assigned

    SKILLS, ABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Conveys a passion and excitement for health and wellness topics, and demonstrates a desire to stay informed and knowledgeable about such topics
    • Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Communicates in a positive, courteous, and professional manner with a focus on customer service even when difficult situations arise while following company procedures
    • Ability to handle customer orders, inquiries, concerns, and questions in a professional and timely manner
    • Delivers consistent results in a fast-paced, evolving environment and an ability to multi-task and prioritize without sacrificing standards, accuracy or quality, or work
    • Maintains accurate records of all activities in CRM system
    • Ability to learn key information and pass knowledge tests about all products offered by the company
    • Supports company values and standards of ethics and integrity
    • Ability to know how and when to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our customer
    • The ability to troubleshoot and anticipate potential roadblocks or customer concerns
    • Experienced with technology, including CRM system, Word, and Excel
    • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
    • Must be able to function independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

    EDUCATION AND WORK HISTORY

    • 2+ years in customer service with at least 1 year in health, nutrition, or medical field, preferred.
    • Experienced with technology, including CRM system, Word, and Excel.
    • High school degree or GED with additional education in health/nutrition, preferred.
