In addition to the generous commission-based pay and incredible income potential, which includes no cap on commissions (with the average sales rep earning upwards of 120k+ in their first year!), there are also great incentives and Apex swag on offer, as well as ample growth opportunities. The perfect candidate should have prior sales and/or customer service experience (with solar experience a plus), have a smartphone, and their own means of transportation. Being bilingual is also beneficial.
The daily responsibilities involve visiting prospective customers and conveying to them the many benefits of using solar energy. You must be prepared to deliver a pitch that has the best chance of convincing them, and be able to adjust it accordingly depending on their needs.

On a daily basis, responsibilities may include knocking on doors, communicating with leads regarding solar energy options, perfecting pitches to ensure successful customer interaction, and listening and adapting to customer preferences to guarantee a pleasant experience.
Applicants should have a reliable smartphone and personal transportation to attend meetings and should be prepared to relocate to Modesto, CA prior to starting the job. Flexible scheduling and weekend availability are expected. A variety of supplemental pay types such as bonus pay and commission pay are available.
