    Job Description

    The Audio Investment team within APEX operated between Publicis Media agencies and our portfolio of preferred partners, driving standout campaign performance and results that accomplish business goals for the client.

    The Vice President, Audio Investment will manage teams who support a collection of accounts within Publicis Media. They will work to ensure the team is being fully supported, that Apex accounts are receiving exceptional customer service, and that the business goals for Apex and clients are both being achieved.

    Responsibilities

    Developing Talent

    • Manage the career development of the team through support and coaching, ensuring all are aware of the larger APEX goals
    • Creates, reviews, and supports the goals of Directors
    • Defines and iterates on project or account ownership of Directors

    Partnerships and Marketplace

    • Expert in channel and partner landscape
    • Oversee relationships with key vendors and understand their offerings while serving as a point of escalation
    • Develop relationships with key account leads to solicit feedback on capability gaps and to maximize exposure to our offerings
    • Lead decision-making on partner or campaign feasibility and overall fit for APEX
    • Manage the measurement of day-to-day production and profit for your direct reports an accounts

    Client and Business Growth

    • Oversee client satisfaction with the launch and management of campaigns while communicating to SVPs any challenges and or opportunities for improvement
    • Take an active role in agency relationships to solicit feedback on capability or service improvements
    • Own adoption of multiple solutions including investment deals and pacing
    • Manage day to day strategic delivery and workload or solution adoption across the team
    • Demonstrate a strong agency peer relationship with VP counterparts for escalations, troubleshooting, and discovery
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 7+ years of advertising industry experience, with over 3 years of people management experience
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Proficiency of Core and/or MBOX a plus

    Compensation Range: $143,000 - $225,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
