Lead the market expansion of highly automated chemical-free “green” water management solutions for commercial, institutional, and industrial water applications throughout Texas and other locations. As a REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER, you will build your own team and help customers achieve their goals of saving money while also improving their environmental stewardship by implementing automated cooling water systems that reduce water consumption, energy, and chemical usage. Candidates must have prior experience with industrial and commercial HVAC systems, chillers, cooling water, cooling towers, heat exchangers, condensers, high/low pressure boilers, water treatment equipment, and water chemistry.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
Identify and secure new business opportunities throughout a defined sales territory.
Develop and execute long-range and short-range business plans that build a robust sales pipeline.
Create detailed prospecting strategies for the defined sales territory.
Perform monthly water treatment services at client sites including wet chemistry testing, calibration, and maintenance on water treatment equipment.
Record all prospecting and account management activities in a central CRM database.
Develop commercial proposals based upon customers’ requirements.
Work from a home office and travel throughout the territory to drive new growth.
