    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The position is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst. You will work in an upbeat professional team environment providing ongoing hardware and software support for our client base. This position is heavily help desk/customer focused and requires diagnostic skills with a high sense of urgency, good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to accurately document and provide fact-based solutions.

    • Maintain current knowledge of business processes, standards, and testing requirements

    • A ddresses and responds to customer for basic technical support inquiries via telephone, e-mail, and CRM

    • Consistent monitoring of events related to equipment, managed service platforms, and network

    • Document requests, interactions, events, etc. within the CRM tool

    • Provide remote support for new equipment installations

    • Collaborate with internal customers regarding customer-specific requests, potential sales, and part orders

    • Engaging customer service with the confidence and professionalism to interface with our clients and organization at many levels

    • SHIFT WILL INITIALLY VARY BETWEEN 7AM-10PM WITH PERMANENT SHIFT TBD

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

     

    • Good verbal and written communication skills 
    • Ability to earn the client’s trust and confidence over the phone
    • Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment
    • Driven by individual results while working as a team
    • Experience in Microsoft Office applications
    • Familiar with Salesforce Service Console is a plus but not required
    • Relevant work experience in a help desk support role to provide an analytical approach to troubleshooting hardware and software

     

    DESIRED DEGREES:  Associate’s degree: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering

     

    DESIRED CERTIFICATES:  Network Systems Management, Technical Support and Repair, Database Administration, Internet Systems, Telecommunications, Java Programming, Computer Forensics, or related field, or relevant work experience in an IT support role within a SaaS environment.
