1.    Successfully manage projects and provide support to Marketing Managers helping to grow sales.     80%

·         Support and manage the digital and social strategies across brands

·         Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages and inquiries for all brands

·         Manage key areas of execution including consumer budget and coupon tracking 

·         Analyze promotions and campaigns to determine effectiveness and work with Marketing Managers to determine go-forward strategies

·         Support Marketing Managers by contributing to sales presentations and communicating key business opportunities and marketing recommendations

·         Become an expert on assigned brands, learn about the categories, competitors, consumers, and key retailers

·         Gain familiarity with IRI Tabs data tool to perform regular business & financial analysis of product lines (total market and retailer-specific)

·         Proactively partner with cross-functional team members to offer support when opportunities arise

·         Provide assistance to creative team with photo shoots including prop and product management as well as creating product mock-ups for sales calls

·         Be viewed as proactive, organized, and collaborative by cross-functional partners on the TVC/APEX team
