The Full Time Tire Service Program Manager is responsible for the tire program; tracking performance and inventories of tires. This position will work as team with mechanics and other team members to ensure quality and excellent customer service.

Essential Functions:

· Creating a tire program to track performance and inventories of tires

· Visiting all locations and ensuring proper procedures and inflation requirements are met

· Training plant personnel and drivers and proper tire management

· Assessing performance and cost of tires

· Maximizing life and performance of tires

· Verifying all vendors meet satisfactory requirements

· Assesses life and retread counts

· Tracking inventory and expense control

· Scheduling and assigning road and fleet services, both in-house and externally

· Ensuring D.O.T. and safety policies are followed

· Uses software to track and manage tire usage and inventories

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Hours of work may vary at plant or other location. Not eligible for remote work. Must be available 6 days a week and to work overtime as job duties demand.Salary range 65-85k depending on experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

· 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager

· Possession of a valid unrestricted California Driver’s license.

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED);

Communication Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. In addition, be able to communicate effectively with other personnel.
