ApexDrop is a service provider that automates influencer marketing for top brands and marketers across the world. We are a team of passionate marketers who are defining social media influencer marketing. Currently we are searching for an Account Manager to join our team.

The Account Manager works with a campaign team to successfully finalize, launch, measure, and report on social media influencer marketing campaigns for ApexDrop’s clients. This position focuses on establishing positive relationships with clients and influencers and helping make the clients’ campaigns successful. In addition, the Account Manager works to maintain brand relationships through email and Zoom.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Building relationships with the clients
• Learning about the client's brand, goals, and initiatives to help the client as an extension of their team, develop strategies to grow their business
• Maintaining ongoing communication with the brand representative(s), understanding who the decision maker is and who has an influence on purchase decisions
• Upselling and renewing client contracts, asking for referrals
• Finalizing the implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns and market research surveys
• Reporting campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of key performance indicators
• Providing status updates and recommendations for campaign adjustments

To be considered you should possess:

A minimum of an associate degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a similar field; AND, one year of experience in an account management or sales position; OR some equivalent combination of education and experience

• Previous account management experience preferred
• Broad knowledge of and experience with influencer marketing is a plus
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or Hubspot a plus·      
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
