    Job Description

    Alvarium Personal Care, an affiliate of Apis Services, Inc, is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of MARKETING/OUTREACH MANAGER for programs located in Lancaster, York, Reading, and Dauphin county.  This would be a remote position with about 50% travel required.

    This role plans, develops, and implements the marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations, both external and internal for the businesses of Alvarium Personal Care. Oversees the development and implementation of support materials and services for marketing, communications and public relations with the goal of maintaining client referrals. Coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Regularly evaluating the existing situation at the business, marketing, and product level (assess recent performance and evaluate the competitive climate).
    • Identifying key trends in the marketing environment; assess their possible impact on the current business situation (threat/opportunity).
    • Recommending and implementing Alvarium Personal Care objectives for the business, marketing, and product levels.
    • Recommending and implementing strategies to achieve these objectives.
    • Attending meetings, conferences and other events to solicit support and create awareness of Personal Care and its fundraising events
    • Supporting the organizations fundraising events and functions, maintaining invitation lists, assembling hard copy/electronic mailings, tracking responses and assisting with other project related duties
    • Ensuring effective communication of Personal Care’s image and position internally and externally
    • Coordinating the appearance of all Personal Care print and electronic materials such as website, letterhead, use of logo, brochures, newsletter, etc.
    • Coordinating intake referral process: (receives referral materials, coordinates selection review of referral materials, coordinates interviews, ensures the proper intake of all new clients, maintains a professional working relation-ship with all Commonwealth and County officials).

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus four years of related experience.
    • Business development`/ Sales background strongly preferred
    • Health care outreach experience. Nursing home and personal care home experience a plus but not required
    • Three years of marketing or outreach experience
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in customer service.
    • Must be very well organized and attentive to detail.
