We are currently searching for an energetic, motivated Sales and Customer Service Coordinator to join Apollo Team!
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales and Customer Service Coordinator provides assistance to the Sales Team with the various activities needed to support the organization’s sales and customer service activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Manage the order process that includes updating, analyzing and following up on forecasts and actual sales
To provide administrative assistance and support to the Sales in the management of day-to-day sales activities of the Sales Team
Screen, analyze, coordinate and assign inbound sales inquiries, and communicate all relevant related information
Review the sales orders submitted by the team and ensure accuracy, compliance and timeliness
Help manage team performance by producing, reviewing, analyzing and publishing various daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports (pipeline, forecast, etc) and by participating in the development of strategies to improve overall performance
Participate and help manage sales samples, bids and/or special projects – make mockup samples, pack and ship
Liaise with other groups/departments in the execution of a variety of sales activities and customer service initiatives
Oversee the preparation of bid documents, sales proposals, presentations and projects, trade shows and various meetings
Respond to after sales customer service inquiries and customer complaints, including the researching and resolving of customer service issues reported directly from customers, or other internal departments or groups
Ensure all retailer portals/templates are filled out in order to generate retail items and purchase orders in a timely manner
Ensure Ecommerce portals/templates are populated with valid information and images.
Work with customer service / EDI order entry to ensure all required sales order information / sales order revisions are processed in a timely manner
Work closely with Sales team to ensure they are abreast in all that is happening weekly on their accounts.
Inform Art department of art revisions initiated by the customer to ensure the internal approval system is updated as deemed appropriate
Attend weekly sales support meetings with all stakeholders to discuss business trends, key upcoming events and projections.
Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably expected by management within the scope and responsibilities of a Sales role.

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:1-3 years’ sales and/or administrative experience; College Diploma or equivalent required; Demonstrated project coordination skills; well organized, attentive to details and customer service oriented; Excellent written & verbal communications; familiar with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook are essential
