We are currently searching for an energetic, motivated Replenishment Analyst to join our Apollo Team!

    POSITION SCOPE:

    The Replenishment Analyst is responsible for the flow of raw material components, giving consideration to all relevant costs, production requirements and warehouse capacity. Candidate must be highly motivated, possessing the ability to prioritize tasks quickly within a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous, environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

    Convert Planned Arrivals to Purchase Orders based on Material Requirements Plan

    Coordinate with Production Planning to ensure raw material component available for production schedule

    Determine replenishment parameters that balance relevant costs and maintain/improve operational efficiency

    Monitor on-time inbound delivery, ensuring adherence to vendor performance standards and working to improve as necessary

    Expedite/postpone/split PO delivery based on changes in business needs

    Work with Account Managers & Product Development team to ensure successful launch of new products

    Minimize/reduce raw material component excess inventory and disposal due to limited shelf-life

    Minimize/reduce obsolescence/disposal when executing product transitions and when product approaches the end of its lifecycle

    Collaborate with suppliers by reviewing Planned Arrival schedule and resolving any foreseen issues with on-time delivery

    Act as Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert when working with cross-functional teams within the organization

    Consistently demonstrate value-add in meetings you attend

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

    KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 7+ years’ experience required; post-secondary education required; professional designation or certification preferred

    INTERPERSONAL SKILLS/CONTACTS: regular access to confidential or sensitive information; frequent internal interactions and/or frequent external interactions; purpose of internal/external contacts regularly related to complex matters; regular selling, negotiating, consulting, teaching/instructing, or advising; above average level of written and verbal communication skills required for successful job performance
