Apollo Men’s Health is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner who is familiar with hormone replacement therapy, in both male and female patients to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, examinations, and consultations for patients seeking hormone replacement therapy, DOT physicals, weight loss, and some aspects of primary care.

• Collaborate with our team of physicians and healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' medical history, symptoms, and laboratory results.

• Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy, including testosterone replacement therapy, estrogen replacement therapy, Hormone Pellets, and other hormonal medications.

• Assess and evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust therapy as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Provide patient education on hormone replacement therapy, its benefits, potential risks, and side effects.

• Assist in monitoring and managing patients' ongoing hormonal health, including regular follow-ups, lab work, and medication adjustments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, referrals, and further diagnostic testing as needed.

• Stay updated with the latest research, developments, and treatments.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Family Nurse Practitioner license in TX. -Current DEA License

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

• Experience in hormone replacement therapy in both male and female patients (preferred).

• Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.

• Ability to work within a team and collaborate effectively.
