Responsibilities

• Help Alabama home owners and potential home owners create and manage wealth in Real Estate
• Create a business plan with the Team Leader and execute that plan to generate the net profit you want to earn
• Commit to mastery as a real estate professional
• Commit to doing the activities it takes to meet new clients, like knocking doors and making outbound calls
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

Qualifications

YOU ARE PASSIONATE AND OBSESSED WITH HELPING OTHER HUMAN BEINGS.  You are serious about achieving your goals. You make commitments, and you always keep those commitments.  You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. You aren't afraid of prospecting and relationship generation.
