Our firm is looking for a seasoned bilingual (Spanish) professional to fill the role of Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for recruiting sales force personnel nationwide to complement our business expansion program, assisting with marketing campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company's customer base through social media and online marketing strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm.

• Proficient with marketing strategies and web analysis tools
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs

• Demonstrable experience in medical industry recruiting and sales recruiting
• Effective negotiating skills
