What You’ll Be Doing (aka the "Real Job Stuff"):

Handle Orders Like a Boss: Shirts, hoodies, polos—you’ll process and manage apparel orders and make sure they’re done right and on time.

Keep the Chaos Organized: Work with suppliers to keep stock levels in check and orders moving.

Quote with Confidence: You’ll give customers accurate pricing based on what they need, not what their cousin’s cousin said it “should” cost.

Know Your Methods: Screen printing, embroidery, dye sub—choose the best process for each job without needing a debate team.

Hit Deadlines Without Losing Your Mind: Multitask like a pro and still keep the quality top-notch.

Talk to Humans: Be friendly, professional, and helpful when working with our customers (even the ones who send 27 emails in a row).

Bonus Points If You:

Can design a killer tee (graphic design skills = gold)

Know how to prepare and print films for screen printing

Can tolerate the smell of plastisol ink before coffee
