Duties

• Coordinate apparel production schedules
• Track orders and production timelines
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers
• Review samples and production details
• Maintain inventory and shipment records
• Support warehouse and fulfillment teams

Qualifications

• 1+ year production or apparel experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Good written communication
• Experience with spreadsheets and reports
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Professional and detail-oriented mindset

Additional Qualifications

• Fashion or apparel industry background preferred
• Experience with Shopify or ERP systems is a plus
• Able to work on-site in Anaheim full-time
