Qualifications
- Possesses excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow up skills.
- Experience working collaboratively and creatively to solve problems, approaching and maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset through resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate via multiple technical platforms (slack, Jira, Microsoft teams).
- Ability to think critically, prioritize tasks, and Critical thinking
- Ability to manage and prioritize own work, utilizing multi-tasking and critical thinking skills to navigate competing priorities
- Tech savvy with interest in growing their knowledge base around technology products
Education and Experience
- 1 or more years of work experience, preferably in an industry related account management and/or customer success role
- Professional experience in the software industry in sales, account management or technical roles is highly valued but not required for this role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
