Appian Lead Product Engineer – Architect Level 📍 Tampa, FL

We are seeking an Appian Lead Product Engineer with deep expertise in Appian architecture, environment management, and solution design.

✅ 15+ years hands-on Appian experience (Cloud & on-prem) ✅ Strong knowledge of Appian components: Records, Data Fabric/CDTs, SAIL, Process Models, Integrations, Plug-ins, RPA & AI features ✅ Experience in upgrades, performance tuning, environment configuration & migration (on-prem to SaaS) ✅ Solid understanding of integration patterns (REST/SOAP, queues, JDBC) ✅ Expertise in SSO, SAML/OIDC, RBAC, identity & platform security ✅ Support for DevOps/CI-CD pipelines, automation, testing & monitoring tools ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
