We are seeking:

• Customer Service Specialist

​RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The specialist is the representative for our client and is tasked with making sure we meet or exceed expectations
• Partner with new and established clients enabling Apple Spice to be successful in supporting their wants and needs
• Professionally interact with clients via phone, email, fax and in-person
• Work with established systems that ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Occasionally deliver food to dining room (small part of our catering business)
• Generally, work hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm (potentially open to other schedules)

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Calm demeanor is a successful attribute
• Ability to handle physical workload (ability to lift fifty pounds)
• Comfortable working while standing up 80% of the day.
• Proven background in successful service excellence for customers
• Willing to work with fellow team members in the successful completion of tasks
• Food service experience is a benefit but not a requirement for this role
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel

Shifts will be Monday- Friday with daytime hours.
