Growing and Dynamic company is looking to hire MULTIPLE Call Center Representatives with health care, call center, or customer service background working in a high volume setting with phones. Company is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a dayTraining is provided for two -three weeks. Training schedule is Monday- Friday 10 AM- 3 PM but can cary**Various shifts available including early morning, morning, mid day, evening and overnight, MUST HAVE FLEXABILITY - COMPANY OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEKJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer high volume calls and document all call information according to standard operating procedures, handle customer inquiries telephonically, research required information using available resources, manage and resolve customer complaints, provide patients with service information, enter new patient information into system update existing patient information, process orders, and patient requests identify and escalate priority issues, route calls to appropriate resource when necessary and follow up with client calls where necessary QUALIFICATIONS:?Healthcare experience preferred but not required ?High School Diploma or GED required ?Knowledge of customer service principles and practices ?Knowledge of call center telephony and technology Flexibility is important is this role For immediate consideration please forward resume in a Microsoft Word Document and call the AppleOne Downtown LA Bunker Hill office and ask for Azuri Ross BASE SALARY IS DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
