GROWING AND EXPANSIVE Logistics/Transportation company is looking to MULTIPLE Customer Service Representative LTL, FTL, harbor drayage, trucking, warehousing, distribution or 3PL (third-party logistics) background. Qualifications: High School Diploma. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a desired industry. Must be able to type a minimum of 35-40WPM, Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be detail oriented and accurate, Must have good communication skills. Multiple shift 's available (morning, swing or graveyard) MUST BE FLEXIBLE Responsibilities: Excel knowledge is needed to input data into the system. General office support. Interact with drivers, assist with invoicing, tracing, tracking, scheduling pick ups, interacting with clients, assist customers as necessary to resolve their customer service issues and use the resources available, such as computer, operations personnel, and management as required for timely resolution. Communicate with customers and co-workers in a polite and professional manner. Use effective lines of communication to provide consistent and reliable information to customers and peers.
