Are you a capable and qualified customer service representative seeking a reliable work-from-home job? We are now hiring 100+ individuals to represent a very large healthcare company. You must be skilled on the computer and able to work independently.Training and work are 100% remote (work-from-home) and equipment WILL BE provided (shipped to your home). The project length is set to be a minimum of 12-18 months but with a good chance of going longer.JOB DETAILS: ?Pay: $11/hr (weekly paycheck) ? w/ potential to bonus up to $500 a month based on performance ?Hours: -Training: 8:30am ? 5pm MST -Regular work schedule: 40 hours a week. You will be assigned an 8.5 hour shift between 5am ? 8:30pm with a 30 minute (unpaid) lunch, 5 days a week (typically Monday-Friday but they are open all 7 days a week). ?Start date: Late November or Early December depending on when you interview. ?Job duties: Receive inbound phone calls from pharmacy members and prescribers. Or make outbound calls to doctors offices, providers and insurance companies.Utilize multiple software systems to complete Medicare appeals case reviews.Communicate resolutions to beneficiary or provider. ?Benefits: Eligible after 60 daysREQUIREMENTS: -Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check -Must have a minimum education of a High School Diploma or GED -Must have minimum of 2 years of customer service experience ? preferred that you have worked in a call center. Hiring managers are not considering individuals with fast food/restaurant experience only or people or if you have poor tenure. -Must have high-speed internet and a quiet workspace to conduct business (no background noise). You will need to be 100% committed to working your full schedule. -Must be able to work independently, be accountable, communicate strongly and effectively prioritize tasks.
